Thai Coconut Rice
- 2 cups Thai jasmine-scented white rice
- 1 cup Be Coconut Water
- 1 ½ cups water
- ½ tsp salt
- 2-3 tbsp dry unsweetened shredded coconut
- Sliced chili pepper to garnish
- Rinse rice in rice cooker bowl.
- Add water, Be Coconut Water, salt, and shredded coconut. Stir well. Put in rice cooker.
- Once your rice cooker has indicated the rice is done, leave rice in cooker to warm for 8 minutes.
- Fluff rice before serving.
