Thai Coconut Rice

Thai Coconut Rice Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Thai jasmine-scented white rice
  • 1 cup Be Coconut Water
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2-3 tbsp dry unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Sliced chili pepper to garnish




DIRECTIONS

  1. Rinse rice in rice cooker bowl.
  2. Add water, Be Coconut Water, salt, and shredded coconut. Stir well. Put in rice cooker.
  3. Once your rice cooker has indicated the rice is done, leave rice in cooker to warm for 8 minutes.
  4. Fluff rice before serving.
